SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How does delivery work?
All orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden and dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 12:00 (CET) on weekdays
You can expect your parcel within 1-3 business days.
How do I track my package?
When your package is sent from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
* Please note that tracking information may take approximately 24 hours to update.
Do not forget to take a look at your spam because emails can sometimes end up there.
Does delivery cost anything?
Shipping is free for all orders over 699 SEK. For orders under 699 SEK, standard shipping is 49 SEK
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How do I return my order?
If it’s not a fit, you have 100 days, from the day you receive your order, to return your unworn items - FREE
The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag and bow that it arrives in.
If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
If you need to return your Cozee please contact our team at help@trycozee.com or Chat with us with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Cozee.
We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.
Do returns cost anything?
Returns for store credit are completely FREE for all orders.
If you prefer a refund, a return fee of 49 SEK will apply.
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 7 days for your return to be fully processed.
Order
Has my order gone through?
As soon as your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. the order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. if you are unsure whether your order has really gone through, you can always contact us at hello@trycozee.com
I have changed my mind, can i cancel the order?
When an order is completed, the handling process begins immediately. If you regret your order, please contact us at hello@trycozee.com.
We will do our best to help you. note that cancellations can only be made for a very limited time after an order is placed. we therefore cannot guarantee that we can meet your request.
