All orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 12:00 (CET) on weekdays

You can expect your parcel within 1-3 business days. 

When your package is sent from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

* Please note that tracking information may take approximately 24 hours to update.

Do not forget to take a look at your spam because emails can sometimes end up there.

Shipping is free for all orders over $69. For orders under $69, standard shipping is $7

When shopping at Cozee, you always have 100 days to return your products after the order date.

Send the item back in unchanged condition, preferably in the original packaging

We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.

Size/ color changes are completely FREE for all orders.

If you prefer a refund, a return fee of $7 will apply.

It can take up to 10 days for your return to be fully processed.

As soon as your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. the order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. if you are unsure whether your order has really gone through, you can always contact us at hello@trycozee.com

When an order is completed, the handling process begins immediately. If you regret your order, please contact us at hello@trycozee.com.
We will do our best to help you. note that cancellations can only be made for a very limited time after an order is placed. we therefore cannot guarantee that we can meet your request.
