DELIVERY

Cozee delivers worldwide. Depending on your country, you have one or more of the following delivery options to choose from. We offer free delivery on all orders over 499 SEK, using our standard shipping method for each country.

In the event of a delay, you may have the right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Purchase Act (for example, if the delay is of material importance to you). If we are unable to deliver within the specified time frame, you can contact us at hello@trycozee.com for a full refund.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order. You can check the status of your package at any time using the link in the delivery notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, you will be charged all fees associated with both delivery and return delivery, including any taxes and fees.

Cozee insures each purchase during the transit time until it is delivered to you.

Items are shipped on regular business days, Monday through Friday. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours.

Standard delivery time in Sweden is 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary by country and are displayed at checkout

Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs (e.g. taxes or import duties) that may be incurred when the packages reach the destination country.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during special occasions, such as Black Week.

Delivery times vary by country. An estimated delivery time is given at checkout. Standard delivery in Sweden is 2-5 business days.

Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected within 7 days and returned to us, a fee of SEK 150 will be charged. The customer can request that the item be resent, but will be responsible for additional shipping costs. If you instead want to cancel the purchase, we will refund the order amount minus the return shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Right of withdrawal (Statutory 14-day right of return)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods according to the Distance Contracts Act. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at hello@trycozee.com or in writing to our address. Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the goods or proof that the goods have been returned. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost. In the event of approved complaints, Cozee is responsible for the return shipping.

Right of return & exchange (100 days, voluntary policy)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 100-day open purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. When exchanging for a different size or color, the return is free of charge. For other returns, a return fee of SEK 59 is charged.
